Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the relevant term appears:

"ppvipz", "we", "us", "our"

Refers to the ppvipz platform, its operators, affiliates, and service providers responsible for operating the website at ppvipz.net and all associated services.

"Player", "you", "your"

Refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ppvipz platform or who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.

"Platform"

Refers to the ppvipz website accessible at ppvipz.net, including all games, features, payment services, promotional materials, and support channels made available through that domain.

"Account"

Refers to the individual registered account created by a Player upon completing the ppvipz registration process and satisfying all applicable verification requirements.

"Balance"

"Bonus Funds"

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and binding agreement between you and ppvipz governing your use of the platform. ppvipz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms prevail for matters within their scope; these Terms & Conditions prevail for all other matters.

Access to and use of the ppvipz platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is strictly not permitted. ppvipz does not represent that the platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative, and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To participate in any real-money game, sports bet, or promotional offer on ppvipz, you must first register a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent update — is truthful and not misleading.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ppvipz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and age verification documentation at any of the following points:

• Before your first withdrawal is processed.
• When your cumulative deposits exceed a threshold determined by ppvipz's internal risk controls.
• At any time that ppvipz, at its sole discretion, determines verification is required in connection with fraud prevention, player protection, or account security obligations.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 3.3 Account Security Obligations

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold one ppvipz account at any given time. If ppvipz identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — ppvipz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses associated with them, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Maintaining multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions or wagering requirements constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ppvipz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ppvipz supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players based in Bangladesh:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your ppvipz account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit within your ppvipz account cashier. These limits may vary by payment channel.
• ppvipz does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which ppvipz bears no responsibility.

• ppvipz reserves the right to refuse a deposit from any payment method that cannot be adequately verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your ppvipz account, or to a bank account verified as belonging to you.
• All applicable KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal is processed. ppvipz reserves the right to delay processing while verification is pending.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, any associated wagering requirement must be completed in full before the funds generated from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• ppvipz processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on the same business day where requests are received before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests received after this time are processed on the following business day.
• ppvipz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players will be notified of any such review via the email address or live chat on their account.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error resulting in an erroneous credit to a player's account, ppvipz reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly regardless of whether the player has already wagered or withdrawn the erroneously credited funds.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

ppvipz offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback awards, and seasonal offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account closure.
• ppvipz reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms or through fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct.
• Bonuses credited to your ppvipz account are valid for a limited period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses and associated pending winnings that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account automatically.
• ppvipz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the effective date of the change.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. ppvipz uses algorithmic monitoring to identify patterns consistent with systematic bonus exploitation. Accounts identified as engaging in such patterns may have their bonus eligibility suspended or their accounts permanently closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus issued by ppvipz is subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x applied to a ৳2,000 bonus means the player must place a total of ৳60,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing.

• Wagering requirements are calculated based on bonus funds only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Not all games on the ppvipz platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ppvipz will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the round on the basis of the available game data. Where full reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance. ppvipz does not accept liability for losses resulting from disconnections caused by a player's own internet service provider or device.

6.3 Prohibited Playing Conduct

The following playing behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ppvipz platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with game content.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage in any multi-player game environment.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in game content. Any player who identifies such an issue is obligated to report it to ppvipz support immediately rather than exploit it for financial gain.
• Arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in sports betting markets.
• Any form of money laundering or using the ppvipz platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ppvipz account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before closing your account, ppvipz will process any pending withdrawal requests for your verified real-money balance, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt, subject to final balance settlement.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by ppvipz

ppvipz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and any pending winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure. ppvipz will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention obligations as described in the ppvipz Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

Severability

The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ppvipz Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ppvipz and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to your use of the platform.
